Licensing and Air Conditioning Compliance
The compliance side, in plain terms:
Are you licensed for refrigerant work?
Yes. We hold ARC Licence L162586, the RAC01 Full Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Licence, which covers installation, servicing, decommissioning and refrigerant handling.
Are you insured?
We are fully licensed and insured, and every job carries our Lifetime Labour Warranty. If a fault comes back to workmanship, we return and fix it at no cost.
Do you service systems other companies installed?

Cooling Systems and Heating Questions
Which system does what, and when:
Which system suits an older stone cottage?
A split system usually suits, because it needs one wall penetration rather than duct runs through thick stone. We check heritage requirements before planning any route. Our split system air conditioning page explains the options.
Can one system heat and cool?

Does evaporative cooling work in Adelaide?
It does, because Adelaide's dry heat is exactly what evaporative needs. It is cheap to run, but it does not heat and needs windows open while it works. Details are on our evaporative cooling page.
How often should an air conditioner be cleaned?
